Vantoris reads financial data from the payment platforms you connect and uses it to build your analysis. Nothing beyond that.

Updated on

This page describes how the platform handles data today. The contract between you and Vantoris is the one accepted at signup.

What Vantoris reads

From the connected payment platform: invoices, charges, payments, fees, taxes, refunds, payouts and the description of each item. Payer data comes along when the source platform reports it.

From your Vantoris account: name, email, company, plan and the platform access log.

Reading is the limit. Vantoris never creates, changes or cancels anything inside the connected platform, and no money passes through it.

What the data is used for

To build the dashboard, reports, alerts and the product and store identification you see in the product.

Each charge description goes through an AI model to identify the product, the category and the store. Before that call, credentials, keys and any secret are stripped from the text.

Data is not sold, nor shared with third parties for advertising.

How credentials are stored

Encrypted with AES-256-GCM and always shown masked, including to you.

Every credential access is written to an audit trail that is not erased.

How long data is kept

The consolidated history stays for as long as the account exists. Raw records follow the retention of the contracted plan, from 90 to 365 days.

Once the account is closed, you can request data deletion through the support channel.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and you can disconnect any platform at any time, which stops the reading immediately.
