Terms of use
Vantoris is a reading and analysis tool. It shows what your payment platforms report, and it replaces none of them.
Updated on
This page summarizes the usage conditions. The contract between you and Vantoris is the one accepted at signup.
What the platform does
It connects payment platforms using a credential you provide, reads the data on a cycle defined by the plan and presents analysis, reports and alerts.
Vantoris is not a payment institution, holds no balance, moves no money and issues no invoices.
Where the numbers come from
Every number shown comes from the source platform. When the source reports nothing, the screen says there is no information instead of estimating.
Currency conversion uses the real settlement when the gateway reports it. While it does not, it uses a public rate, marked as an estimate, with the source and the date in plain sight.
Product and store identification is done by AI from the charge description and can be wrong. When the text does not allow a conclusion, the record is marked as not identified, and any manual correction you make is not overwritten.
Your responsibility
Keeping the credential valid and with read permission, and checking the numbers before using them for accounting or tax decisions.
Answering for the use made by anyone you invite to your account.
Plan and cancellation
The subscription is monthly, with no lock in, and a plan change applies from the next cycle.
Once cancelled, access runs until the end of the period already paid for.
Availability
Reading depends on the source platform being up and responding. Downtime or an API change on the third party side can interrupt collection, and the platform reports when that happens.
